We only dealt with Narelle and she was brilliant right from the start. She worked with us and priced the property according to the market. She advised us to initially advertise our property only through the Belle website so this meant we just had to pay for photos not the whole advertising package (the Belle photographer Tim was also fantastic, he really made our property stand out). Once the property went up on the website Narelle showed 5 lots of people through in the first week of which we had an immediate offer which eventually led to us getting our full listed price and a 30 day settlement. We were totally shocked as we expected the property to be on the market for months. We cannot sing Narelle’s praises enough for her great advice, professionalism, regular communication and the ability to sell our house. Would we go back to Narelle at Belle real estate, absolutely! Narelle some months prior had given us some ideas on what things may help sell our property in the future, and when we approached her to sell she had a clear plan.
She used her data base to generate some interest and the house was sold for our asking price within two weeks and without the need to go fully to the market saving us time and money. She kept us informed every step of the way and it was the best selling experience we have ever had-outstanding.
